So how did it all start?

I am Ido Treibatch, a young entrepreneur and whiskey geek.
In 2020, I discovered my love for whiskey and from there it was clear there was no going back.
Since then, I have tasted hundreds of different types of whiskey, visited distilleries, and participated in workshops.
Somewhere around 2023 I decided I wanted to try making whiskey myself.
I quickly discovered that producing whiskey is not a simple process at all.
Besides the knowledge that the process requires, you have to invest a lot of money to buy the right equipment for the task.
That's exactly why I founded OAK-IT.
Whiskey aging kits make the fascinating and enjoyable process of whiskey production accessible to every alcohol lover.
In a simple and relatively inexpensive process, you can age and create a whiskey that is unique to you!
